General terms and conditions

By ordering goods from Pradhan Embroidery Stores, you agree to accept our terms and conditions listed below.

All prices shown are exclusive of GST unless sold on MRP. Many of our products are priced per kilogram and the prices shown in the product information are based on average weight. Images of products are provided for illustrative purposes only and the actual products you receive may differ from the image displayed on our website. The colour of products, can never be exactly reproduced by the images and colour maps published on this website. Variations between different dye lots may occur and products from different lots may vary.

We reserve the right to change the prices, product specifications, and availability of our products at any time. Pradhan Embroidery Stores operates the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In such circumstances, your continual use of our services will demonstrate your acceptance of any changes made.

Online Prices during SALE period are not applicable at our Fort(Mumbai) Retail Store

Confirmation of orderv

Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The order confirmation will be sent automatically and should be received by the customer provided that a valid email address has been given. This can also be printed for your records directly from the site.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping above 799/-

Delivery

Goods will usually be shipped in 2-3 working days after receiving the payment. This process can be delayed at peak times of the year or when an item is out of stock.

In the occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact the customer.

Time of delivery depends upon the location of the customer.

In case if the location does not come under our courier services reach or you have reached free shipping limit, product will be sent through Registered Post. 

Zone 1: All places not included in Zone 2 (Delivery time: 3-10 working days, if there is more delay in delivery from courier end you will have to be patient)

Zone 2: Andaman & Nicobar, Jammu Kashmir, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura. (Delivery time:15-25 working days by registered Parcel Post)

Returns

All goods once sold will not be exchanged or taken back. Only in case if a wrong/damaged product is sent by us, we will exchange it. 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, edited, or items cannot be added.

Unclaimed package

Unclaimed packages during delivery will not be refunded for.

If you have put an incorrect address or pincode you have to pay us the RTO charges as welll as shippping amount to resend the parcel.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is for order above 799/-

Multiple orders placed amounting less than Rs.799 will not be combined and shipping charges will not be refunded. They will be sent seperately. 

Replacement Policy

We will need a clear video while unboxing the parcel. Without a video of unboxing the parcel, we will not accept any replacement or exchange. The customer should inspect and show in the video that a wrong product is sent or there is a damange. If there are any issues with the order, the customer should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can correct the order. If items have been damaged during transit, the customer is entitled to return the items for a full refund. In case of damaged or incorrect items we will bear the cost of return. The customer has to return the products through Registered Parcel Post.

We will send out the replacement product within 3-4 after we receive the damaged/incorrect goods. The cost of the same will be borne by us.

Duplicate Policy

If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded within 07 to 10 working days

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We will not refund or exchange in the shade is not exact. Also please note with every new dye lot the company makes there is a possibility of slight color change, hence it is requested to buy yarn for one project alltogethe rather than diffierent times. Darker colors in GulEra tend to bleed.

Incase of New Launch or items are back in stock we try to update ir on our Facebook Page and other social media, send emails & even sometimes Whatsapp you.
