By ordering goods from Pradhan Embroidery Stores, you agree to accept our terms and conditions listed below.
All prices shown are inclusive of value added tax (VAT). Many of our products are priced per kilogram and the prices shown in the product information are based on average weight. Images of products are provided for illustrative purposes only and the actual products you receive may differ from the image displayed on our website. The colour of products, can never be exactly reproduced by the images and colour maps published on this website. Variations between different dye lots may occur and products from different lots may vary.
We reserve the right to change the prices, product specifications, and availability of our products at any time. Pradhan Embroidery Stores operates the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In such circumstances, your continual use of our services will demonstrate your acceptance of any changes made.
Confirmation of order
Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The order confirmation will be sent automatically and should be received by the customer provided that a valid email address has been given. This can also be printed for your records directly from the site.
Goods will usually be shipped within 2-4 working days after receiving the payment. This process can be delayed at peak times of the year or when an item is out of stock. In the occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact the customer.
Time of delivery depends upon the mode of freight selected and location of the customer. It usually takes 5-9 days for Registered Parcel Post, 3-5 days for surface courier(only for orders above 2 kgs) and 2-4 days for air courier. In case if the location for surface/ air courier does not come under our courier services reach, product will be sent through Speed Post instead.
All goods once sold will not be exchanged or taken back. Only in case if a wrong/damaged product is sent by us, we will exchange it.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and an admin fee of Rs.200 will be added to the customer's next invoice.
The customer should inspect all goods they have received to ensure the delivery corresponds to their order, and that all items are undamaged. If there are any issues with the order, the customer should inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can correct the order. If items have been damaged during transit, the customer is entitled to return the items for a full refund. In case of damaged or incorrect items we will bear the cost of return. The customer has to return the products through Registered Parcel Post.
We will send out the replacement product within 3-4 after we receive the damaged/incorrect goods. The cost of the same will be borne by us.
If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded within 07 to 10 working days
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
